When is fwcs spring break

That would mean the soonest students might return to school is Monday, May 4. We do not yet know if we will have to make up any of these additional days when school is closed.

Some staff members will work from home, but most District functions will stop. We know this will cause an inconvenience, but this step must be taken to further assist in slowing the spread of this virus and maintain the health and safety of our staff and families.

We will continue to provide breakfast and lunch for children daily at our elementary schools. Morning pre-K students in Title I programs will attend from a. January 18 — Martin Luther King Day.

January 20 — Inauguration Day. May 31 — Memorial Day. The Prince William County School Board approved the calendar on October 16, to adopt a school calendar that begins with the first day of school on Tuesday, August 25, and ends with the last day of school on June 11, The calendar includes two full weeks at Winter Break. Typically during the winter days, you will encounter cold temperatures, some ice, and some snow. In Fort Wayne, the summers are warm, the winters are freezing and windy, and it is partly cloudy year round.

These days are "to give faculty and students a brief respite from instruction to permit them to focus on their preparation and check their understanding of materials.

The university will offer an online option again for those students who are unable to come to campus o who choose to out of health and safety concerns.

There is no change to the fiscal-year or academic year employee pay and faculty who wish to take time off must use vacation days.
